The Fibre Art Divas formed as a group in 2014, with the idea of sharing their mutual interest in fibre arts, encouraging and supporting each other, sharing ideas and gaining inspiration.
The group is made up of 15 Manitoba Fibre Artists from Lockport, Manitou, Niverville, St.Claude, Springfield, Treherne, West St. Paul and Winnipeg.
This exhibit is made up of two parts:
The first is a collection of 12”X 12” pieces Which artists have created based on their interpretation of a photograph of a Manitoba lake at sunset.
The second a group of 24” X 36” pieces based on the theme of
“Prairie Perspectives”
