The 2nd Annual CAR SHOW ON THE RIDGE is Saturday, May 27th, 11am-4pm. Auto enthusiasts from across Manitoba and beyond, will be converging at M.A. Querel Community Park (Woodridge, Manitoba) to showcase their unique and vintage vehicles of all makes and models. It is an opportunity to bring people of all stripes together to share their passion for 'all things with wheels' and also raise funds for the Woodridge Fire Department and the community club. It promises to be a fun-filled afternoon. In addition to the 'car show' with trophies being awarded for Best Car, Best Truck and People's Choice . . . there will be a tailgate swap meet (bring your own table), BBQ lunch, Beer Garden, Silent Auction and 50/50 draws. Car show registration (opens at 9:30 a.m.) is $5/vehicle and includes a souvenir dash plaque. Admission for the PUBLIC IS FREE.
A scenic 50km drive south of Steinbach, down the paved Hwy 52/Hwy 210 and through Sandilands Forest, the car show will be staged on a lush 12 acres of greenspace. So make the trek to the Woodridge Community Club (Woodridge, MB) on Saturday, May 27th . . . you won't be disappointed.
