Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members and interested parties of United Way of Brandon & District Inc. will be held virtually on:
Thursday June 20th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. For the purpose of:
-Receiving and considering the annual report and
financial statements for the year ended on March 31, 2024 and the report of the auditors thereon:
-Ratification of By-Law No. 1;
-Election of Directors;
-Appointing of auditors; and
-Transacting such further and other business as may
properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
