This is a live in-person class. In addition, a recording of the class will be sent to you with access up to the following class to continue the practice at home.
Resistance training often referred to as strength training or weight training, improves muscle strength, endurance and tone and protects your joints from injury. It can help you reach your weight management goals as well as maintain flexibility and balance.
It involves exercising muscles using some form of resistance. The resistance for these classes will be bands, dumbbells and your own body weight, this includes the incorporation of Pilates.
There are many benefits of Resistance Training; here are a few of many: Boost Metabolism and Reduce Body Fat, Increase Bone Density and Improve Balance, Improve Mental Health, Build Muscle Mass, Improve Muscle Strength and Endurance, Reduce the Risk of Injuries, & Increase Self-Esteem.

Resistance bands are provided; however, you are welcome to bring your own. (see Jen’s sale items on website if you would like me to bring you new ones to purchase)
What to Bring:
• Dress comfortably, in clothing that you can move freely in
• Wear runners
• Bring an Exercise/Yoga mat (see Jen’s sale items on website if you would like me to bring you a new one to purchase)
• Bring a water bottle
