Enhance your healing experience by joining the Soul Grove Drumming Circle: November 30th at 6pm.
Drum Circles provide a unique space for engagement with our diverse community, fun and laughter with music, connection to Nature & the elements, and a rising of frequency. Drumming not only heals and balances several of our chakras (including the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, and crown), but it provides a way of releasing tension, emotion, and traumas.
This drumming circle is a fun-filled zone with no experience or talent required. There is no such thing as messing up at the circle!
Tickets are $15 each with 5 dollars going towards Prairie Harbor in honor of Domestic Violence awareness.
Please bring a drum or percussion instrument of choice, as well as a pillow, yoga mat, or blanket for comfort.
This event is currently limited to ages 12 and up, but we will be offering child-friendly drumming circles in the future!
Event takes place at 6pm for approximately one hour at Just Be Wellness Centre in Portage la Prairie, 165 Saskatchewan Avenue East. The event will be accessible by the back door facing the parking lot.
