This 4 session, 1.5 hour per session course focuses on self-esteem, self-worth, loneliness, self-care, making new friends (where, how, and who). It also addresses barriers to friendship, healthy boundaries and communication skills. This course helps students build the healthiest friendships possible for the betterment of their recovery.
This course runs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30, it's never too late to register!
