Self-care is crucial for caregivers and the bereaved alike. In this one-hour workshop we will briefly discuss the stress that comes with care giving and grief. Robyn from Reflexology by Robyn will be explaining and demonstrating reflexology techniques to reduce stress and promote well-being.
