This 2 session, 1.5 hours per session course helps students develop healthy self-esteem and self-confidence. Topics covered are obstacles to self-esteem, the inner critic, and the four aspects of self-esteem. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own level of self-esteem and taught methods to improve self-confidence.
This course runs on Tuesdays and Thursday from 2:00 pm-3:30 pm, it's never too late to register!
