Every Friday night the Legion hosts Meat Draw & Chase the Ace downstairs in the Cedar Lounge! Happy Hour drink prices. Pizza is sold by the slice!
Meat Draw tickets are $2/strip and each ticket is entered to win a selection of meat, a free voucher from the bar and a cheque for $40! We do two rounds of Meat Draw with meat from Panko's Food Centre.
Chase the Ace follows, with tickets sold for $1. One ticket is drawn and the individual has the opportunity to choose one card from the remaining deck. The goal is to pull the Ace of Hearts in order to win the JACKPOT! If it is not drawn, a consolation prize of 10% of the last week's income is given. Pulling a Joker wins $50 and a different Ace wins $25, in addition to the consolation prize.
The Jackpot prize is 45% of the total Chase the Ace income and increases each week.
