This course is part of the Connecting to My Community cluster. At Thrive Learning Centre we offer free, informative courses that address topics related to mental health, physical health, building your best life, finding your voice, building skills and connecting to your community. Our courses are designed for people who have a general interest about the topic, people supporting their own mental health recovery journey, friends and family members supporting others with a mental health situation, and also for health care practitioners. Courses are open to the general public.
