This course offers suggestions on coping with self-stigma and discusses ways of combating stigma in the wider society. This course is heavily discussion-focused and will rely on experiences and input from participants. This course is part of the Finding My Voice cluster. Classes are held at Thrive Learning Centre - Portage campus at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Central Region building at 102 1st Street NW, Portage la Prairie MB.
