Understanding Emotion Dysregulation: Taming Anger is a 6 session, 1.5 hour per session course that focuses on understanding anger, why it is an important emotion and healthy strategies to help manage anger when the emotion overwhelms us. This course is part of the Focus on Mental Health cluster. Classes are held at Thrive Learning Centre - Portage campus at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Central Region building at 102 1st Street NW, Portage la Prairie MB.

Our courses are designed for people who have a general interest about the topic, people supporting their own mental health recovery journey, friends and family members supporting others with a mental health situation, and also for health care practitioners. Courses are open to the general public.
