For those thinking of re-entering the workforce this workshop will give participants practical steps into how to do so with confidence. Participants will first learn what barriers may be stopping them from re-entering the workforce. They will then be provided with ways in which these barriers can be removed. Next we will a new goal into what type of position they would like to be set up with based off of their current needs for employment. Finally, we will explore why is it important to find out exactly why a person would pursue re-entering the workforce, and use that why to set an employment goal.
