Participants in this workshop will discover why it is important to fully development essential skills before seeking employment. These essential skills include; reading, writing, document use, numeracy, computer use, critical thinking, oral communication, working on a team, and continuous learning. This workshop will help participants identify any strengths or weaknesses in any of these areas, as well as provide tools on how to capitalize on these skills as well as develop them. It is incredibly important to identify these areas as it creates a well-rounded employable individual.
