Located at Herman Prior Activity Centre (main doors) in Portage la Prairie.
Tools may be borrowed, returned, membership applications and payments made/received, and volunteer tasks completed during this time. Tools are borrowed up to one week at a time. Small lending fees ($1/$2/$5) and late return fees apply and help keep this project sustainable. Memberships are $25 or $15 for current Herman Prior Activity Centre members. HPTL recently opened July 2019 in Portage la Prairie. Tool donations can be brought to Herman Prior Activity Centre during regular business hours.
